Like most people, it has been frustrating to keep up with the long list of do’s and don’ts of different diet programs just to lose weight. I even considered going under the knife just to take off that extra fat in my body. I would have gone through anything – and would have failed miserably in everything &#8211; if not for Fat Loss 4 Idiots.</p>
<p>I have never been the “skinny girl” even way back in my teenage years. I always carry excess baggage in my arms, stomach and legs.
